1. Develop Wireless/SDH/PDH/DATA Digital telecommunication products
2. Take part in the world wide R&D project independently
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum university degree in computer or communication engineering or related
2. Min 1 year experience in Coding with C/C++ on Windows/Unix/Linux Object Oriented Design artifacts and of UML
3. Experience in embedded SW
4. Good knowledge of software processes
5. Min 1 year experience in communication and core network design
6. Understand Wireless SDH PDH Data communication system standard and key technologies
7. Familiar with JAVA， knowledge on Linux will be preferred
8. CMM L2 preferred
Basics:
1. Initiative， high teamwork spirit
2. Good written and oral English， CET6
3. Good logical reasoning ability and presentation skills
4. Strong independent work ability
